I work steps from The Momentary, which means I’m smack in the middle of Bentonville’s unofficial Coffee Triangle. From my office, I can walk to five different cafés—yes, including the one inside The Momentary—or hop on my bike and be sipping an espresso before a traffic light even thinks about turning green. It’s one of the reasons I love living and selling real estate here: great coffee is built into the daily routine.
Here’s how I caffeinate my week—and why these spots matter if you’re moving to (or leveling up within) Bentonville.
The Momentary Café
Art + caffeine = productivity. I pop in for a flat white and a five-minute reset between showings or meetings. If you’re new to town, this stop gives you an instant feel for Bentonville’s creative energy—walls that change, conversations that spark, and the occasional “I just found my dream kitchen tile” inspiration moment.
Airship (Multiple Locations)
If I need sunlight, a patio, or that “let’s hatch a big idea” vibe, Airship is my move. It’s perfect for quick buyer consults—plenty of space, plenty of buzz, and coffee that can hang with any coastal city. Bring a notebook; you’ll leave with plans.
Onyx Coffee Lab (Downtown)
Onyx is where I take clients who appreciate craft everything—beans, design, and yes, pastries. It’s Bentonville’s “third place” at its best: you’ll run into half your network and meet someone new at the bar. If you see me here, say hi; I’m always down to talk neighborhoods, market trends, or which zellige tile won the week.
Meteor Café (Bike-Friendly)
Roll up, click out, order. Meteor is where the cyclists and creatives collide—my happy place before or after a gravel ride. Pro tip: morning espresso + afternoon macchiato = showing-day focus without the crash.
8th Street Market Stops
When I’m touring near the Market, I’ll grab a quick coffee and do a lap for inspiration. Between the food, the buzz, and the proximity to new development, it’s a live case study in why Bentonville keeps winning: community design done right.
Why this matters if you’re house-hunting
Coffee shops tell you who a city is. In Bentonville, they say: friendly, forward-thinking, outdoor-loving, and genuinely welcoming. I can walk to five cafés from my office and never have the same conversation twice. That’s community—and it’s why my clients fall in love with living here.
If you see me in line, tap me on the shoulder. I’m always open for a chat—about anything, but especially our local real estate market. I’ll bring the comps; you bring your wish list. We’ll make it happen.
